Refund & Return Policy
At Femistra, your satisfaction is our priority. Since we operate as a global dropshipping store, we aim to provide a clear and fair return and refund policy for our valued customers.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

The product must not be on the list of non-returnable items (see section 6)
To initiate a return, contact us at femistra786@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).
2. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected:

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Check your bank account or credit card again

Contact your payment provider, as it may take time before the refund is officially posted

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is damaged or incorrect

We do not refund original shipping charges (if any), except in cases of wrong or faulty items
5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item:

Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue

We’ll offer a free replacement or a full refund – your choice
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., undergarments, cosmetics)

Personalized or custom-made products

7. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
