Refund & Return Policy

At Femistra, your satisfaction is our priority. Since we operate as a global dropshipping store, we aim to provide a clear and fair return and refund policy for our valued customers.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

  • A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • The product must not be on the list of non-returnable items (see section 6)

To initiate a return, contact us at femistra786@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).

2. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you via email

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account or credit card again

  • Contact your payment provider, as it may take time before the refund is officially posted

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is damaged or incorrect

  • We do not refund original shipping charges (if any), except in cases of wrong or faulty items

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue

  • We’ll offer a free replacement or a full refund – your choice

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., undergarments, cosmetics)

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Clearance or final sale items

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
